Today’s post isn’t so much a recipe as it is a head’s up. What you see before you is half of a vegan apple strudel from Trader Joe’s. Clearly, you must get in your car and head to TJ’s immediately.

You can find these little morsels in the frozen foods aisle. They come two to a box and they cost all of $2 or $3. In 30 minutes, this could be in your mouth. I don’t know about you, but I can’t make anything like this in a half hour or for anywhere near a few dollars.

These are perfect for two people to share and you seriously can’t beat the convenience or cost. Two thumbs up!

…Oh, and in case you’re wondering: that little dollop of whip cream you see there is Soyatoo! Good stuff.
